Share your story

We like to celebrate and promote the work of our grantees. If you would like to submit a case study about your grant to be included on our website, please use the form below. This is an opportunity to talk about the impact of the grant on your beneficiaries, your organisation, or the wider community. Let us know if you have learnt any lessons that are useful to share.

Please note all submissions will be checked by PHF staff before publishing, and we may contact you with further questions.

For example: need / intervention / partners
For example: Numbers and types of people engaged / Enhanced the lives of individuals facing disadvantage / Enabled individuals to develop personal and life skills / Overcome barriers / Built your organisational capacity and confidence in delivery / Enabled expansion of your work
For example: Creation of lasting legacy through effective collaboration / Dissemination of training or a model of working / Encouraged an entrepreneurial mindset / Creation of a ripple effect beyond your primary beneficiaries
